Justin is married to his High School sweetheart, Brittney, an artist. They’ve been together since 2002 and celebrated 16 years married this June. Justin and Brittney have three kids: Magnolia, Beckett, and Reed. Also, a dog named Oswald!

Justin is a long-time pastor, currently serving as Founder and Lead Pastor at The Belong Collective. He brings a formidable blend of community service knowledge and activism experience to this role. If elected, Justin would bring his heart for service and spirit of perseverance to help make a better Dauphin County for all our citizens.

Justin has worked with unhoused people, marginalized LGBTQ+ individuals, and those struggling in poverty. He’s seen the harm that under-resourced systems can create and is passionate about fixing issues of inequity, providing support to communities through expansion in mental health care, increased transparency in our prison, and a deeper investment in the wages of county employees.
